SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic shipping rates (Continental United States of America)

  • Price Varies based on carrier, package size, package weight and location within the United States of America. (express delivery, 2-5 business days).
  • FREE - To the continental USA on all orders over $149.99 USD (Ground Shipping) Up to $15 value of shipping. Some large or heavy items may require additional shipping fees.

International Shipping Rates

  • The Knife Roll offers shipping to all countries the USA is permitted to ship to. For questions on which countries we can ship to please email Info@thekniferoll.com
  • Buyer is responsible for 100% of international shipping fees. These fee can vary greatly depending on carrier, package size, weight and destination country. 
  • the Knife Roll uses multiple carriers including but not limited to UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx

All orders will be processed in USD during checkout.

Please note: All items are shipped without insurance. The Knife Roll LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or items damaged in shipping. If you would like to add signature delivery or insurance you may do so at an extra cost. Please contact us at Info@thekniferoll.com for additional shipping insurance. 

Delivery time

We use multiple carriers with Shopify shipping as our shipping provider. Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order however most orders are shipped same day or next day Monday through Friday. At that time you will receive a confirmation email (and Facebook Message/SMS, if opted in) with a tracking number/link. Expect to receive your order in 5-7 business days, depending on the area of the world you live in. We ship our knives from our office warehouse located in the Bradenton, Florida.

Uniqueness of Products

Kitchen knives and other products in our store are handmade from natural materials. Slight variations in color, texture, weight and other dimensions are possible. We take many photos try to give the best representation of products as possible. Many variables such as computer or phone screen resolution and color hue can vary so products might not look exactly as they are seen on screen. Feel free to email us for additional photos of items and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Orders to United States

  • For orders below $149.99 you will choose shipping options and pay in full prior .
  •  Orders over $149.99 USD will have free shipping inside the continental USA up to $15 USD. Excessively large, heavy or bulky items may require additional shipping charges if the shipping fees are in excess of $15 USD.

International (Non-EU) orders

For international orders your order may be subject to VAT, import and/or tax duties, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, we do not collect the VAT, duties and other fees and cannot predict what your particular charge may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid for your package to be cleared by customs. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
