Hatsukokoro Knives are hand crafted from various blacksmiths across Japan. Hatsukokoro works with some of the finest knife makers as well as master sharpeners and handle makers in Japan making a wide range of cutlery using many different steels, materials and techniques. This allows for knives in varying price points so theres something for everyone.
