Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at The Knife Roll. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you it was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the unaltered original box or packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Downloadable software products, Knife care oils, health and personal care items are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for signs of use, damage or patina. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount of time in which it takes to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies and procedures. If the item is not approved for refund it will be held until payment for return shipping has been received. If payment for return shipping is not received within 60 days your item will no longer be eligible for return shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first contact your bank and or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have already contacted your bank and credit card company and the issue has not been resolved, please contact us at info@thekniferoll.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If a gift Item is sent back for return please specify so a gift credit can be issued. If an items is returned but not specified as a gift the refund will be issued to the person who purchased the item and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend purchasing insurance and using a trackable shipping option for your package. The Knife Roll is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return packages.
